Customizing Response Topics

A few of the response topics in the Magic Ball app can be customized. You can choose to add your own responses to them or clear the default responses and start fresh.

Response Topics that can be customized:

Fast Food Places
Video Games
Stores

How to edit a Customizable Response Topic:

Step 1: Go to the "Responses" page.

Start by tapping the "Responses" page that is displayed at the bottom of screen.

You should then see the responses page for the Magic Ball app.

Step 2: Choose the Response Topic to customize.

Once you're in the responses page, you'll want to look at the "Customizable Response Topics" section for the response topics that are customizable.

Once you find the topic you want to edit, you'll need to press and hold on that topic.

Step 3: You're viewing all the responses!

You are now editing the response topic you clicked on. The next guides will show you how to add and delete responses.

How to add a response to a Customizable Response Topic:

Step 1: Tap the "+" button on the top-right corner of the page.

Start by tapping the "+" button.

You should then see a pop-up page that says "Add a Response".

Step 2: Type in the response you want to add, then click "Add".

Once you see the "Add a Response" pop-up, you can type in the response you want to add.

Once you find enter in the response you want to add, tap the "Add" button.

Step 3: Your new response should now appear!

The new response added should appear at the top of the list of responses!

How to delete a response from a Customizable Response Topic:

Step 1: Swipe on the response you want to delete.

Start by swiping on the response that you want to delete.

You should then see a delete button.

Step 2: Tap on the delete button to delete the response.

Once you're in the responses page, you'll want to look at the "Customizable Response Topics" section for the response topics that are customizable.

Once you find the topic you want to edit, you'll need to press and hold on that topic.

Step 3: Boom! The response is gone!

The response you wanted to delete is now gone from the response topic. You can always re-add the response later if you change your mind.

Note: You can also delete responses when in edit mode. To access edit mode, tap the "Edit" button on the top-right of the screen.
